Replacement spoke hand wheel.
Hand wheel fits a 20 mm shaft.
Diameter of hand wheel is about 5 1/2".
Diameter of pulley is about 2 5/8".
These are not the best quality, but they do work to convert over to a hand crank.

I knew this was a reproduction part, and in order to get it to fit I had to sand the inside to get clearance for the drive shaft on the sewing machine. Note that the SELLER gets 5 stars, but the item would only get 4 stars. The seller responded promptly to my question as to whether it would work on my sewing machine, and he was completely forthcoming about it being a modern reproduction.
